All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
We’ll send you a tracking number the moment your order hits the mail stream. No guessing. No blackout periods.

🚛 Shipping Time
Once shipped, you can expect delivery in about 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
We ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends or holidays.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping
We currently ship across the United States and Canada.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

🌍 International Shipping
Not yet. Right now we’re staying local to North America. If you're outside our zone and want to rep Chirp City™, hit us up and we’ll see what’s possible.

❗ Delays
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
Weather, carrier issues, or wild events could delay things. We’ll always do our part to keep you updated and in the loop.

💥 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order says delivered but it’s nowhere to be found, check with your local carrier and neighbors first. Still missing? Contact us. We’ll help sort it out.
