Once we ship it, you’ll get a tracking link faster than your kid gets benched for offsides. If it’s been a few days and you still haven’t seen anything move, hit us up. We’ll dig in and find it.

Only if we screw up. Each shirt is made just for you, so we don’t accept returns for size changes or buyer’s remorse. If your order is wrong or arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. No chirp necessary.

Simple: Most of our shirts run true to size. If you’re between sizes or like a looser fit, go one size up. Size charts are on every product page or check out the Chirp City Size Guide below.

Processing takes 2 to 4 business days. Shipping takes another 3 to 7 days depending on where you are. We’ll send you tracking info the second your order heads out.

Right now, we ship to the US and Canada only. Outside that zone and feeling left out? Drop us a message and we’ll see what we can make happen.
